If you announce us an accident with your strapping machine, first, our technical stuff tries to find out the reason for it together with you telephonically and to resolve the problem. This works in 3 of 4 cases.

If this doesn’t met with success, we’ll send you immediately – normally the same day – a plant hire. This-one mostly arrives already the next days so that you can go on working as soon as possible.

In short time, our service center in Lauingen will check your defective machine, repair it and send it back to you.

We have also a wide stock of spare parts so we are able to deliver in shortest time!

This way, downtime and repair costs are reduced in any case to a minimum.
